    Cabernet Line Up

    2007 Bommarito--Napa Valley

    2004 Chatom Vineyards--Calaveras County (great food wine!)

    2004 Freemark Abbey--Napa Valley

    2005 Armida Winery--Alexander Valley Reserve

    2007 Casaeda--Napa Valley (nose of aged cedar & dried shoe leather, black fruit; fabulous food wine)

    2007 Geyser Peak--Alexander Valley ("A steal")

    2008 Del Dotto Caves--Napa Valley (83% Cab, 17% Merlot; soft midpalate from the Merlot, very restrained; tons of fruit and good acid for structure)

    BONUS: 

    2007 Sebastiani--Alexander Valley (Aged in 50% French Oak which imparts a vanilla spice and 50% Neutral American/Hungarian Oak, imparting a green graininess; would be tremendous paired with aged grilled steaks, savory stews or carne asada)
